We examined a male infant with transient increase in alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity. The 25-month-old infant was admitted to a local hospital because of pneumonia of unknown etiology. Two cases of hepatoma has been reported. The diagnosis was estabEshed by clinical, laboratory, X-ray, and pathological findings. One, 8 year old male, had died about 2 month later from the development of symptoms and others, 17 month old male had lived more than one year after right lobectomy.
